Please book your travel directly through https://www.beaches.com/resorts/turks-caicos and include the group code WG21149409 in order to have your reservation linked with the Herring/DeVore wedding group. Suggested travel dates are Friday April 29, 2022 thru Monday May 2, 2022, however you may arrive earlier or stay longer if you choose. 

Flights can be booked with your Beaches reservation or you can book it separately. Beaches Resort includes complimentary transfer to and from Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos. 

It is currently $98 to reserve your room, with an additional $302 due 21 days after, you also have the option of paying the full $400 deposit upfront if you choose. This is per room, NOT per person. After your deposits are paid, you have until 45 days before your trip to pay off your balance. After you have booked your reservation, you can make payments by calling 1-888-BEACHES (1-888- 232-2437) or online  at https://onlinepayment.beaches.com/beaches/vacationStep1/ 

Also, please note that while we appreciate your RSVP online to help provide us with a head count, your room is not reserved until you have booked it with Beaches and have received your booking confirmation. Rates and availability are subject to change so we recommend that you book and reserve your room at your earliest convenience. You also can have worry-free booking, as you can make changes to your reservation or cancel with 100% refund up to 31 days before your travel date.
